Welcome to yoga and zen design

  • Yoga and Design

    Hello world!

    Welcome to my new website.

I am the former owner and lead yoga instructor for Yogaholic yoga studio. I closed March 2020 when the world paused during the pandemic. I continued to teach yoga online. Most of my former instructors set out on their own and the online/zoom yoga format became saturated. I turned my focus back into my previous design career. I began to design closets and took a full time postion as a design/sale associate creating beautiful outdoor spaces. The world was slowly releasing from lock down and creating comfortable outdoor spaces for entertaining became the only way people could socialize safely.

I am now at a new cross roads and have decided to fold back into teaching yoga and incorporate my design career into this new website.

I am a work in progress and I appreciate that you have visted my blog and site.

My plan is to present short yoga videos for daily practice and design tips to help you set up a zen space to practice at home or where ever you are.

    Thank you for your support.

    Diane

Sample Page

This is an example page. It’s different from a blog post because it will stay in one place and will show up in your site navigation (in most themes). Most people start with an About page that introduces them to potential site visitors. It might say something like this:

Hi there! I’m a bike messenger by day, aspiring actor by night, and this is my website. I live in Los Angeles, have a great dog named Jack, and I like piña coladas. (And gettin’ caught in the rain.)

…or something like this:

The XYZ Doohickey Company was founded in 1971, and has been providing quality doohickeys to the public ever since. Located in Gotham City, XYZ employs over 2,000 people and does all kinds of awesome things for the Gotham community.
